Forums - Microsoft - Xbox 360 to have 20+ AAA games by end of year!

So far the 360 has 18 AAA games (ranked 90+ on Metacritic) with the potential of four SIX more before end of year

- Left 4 Dead
- Banjo: Nuts & Bolts
- Call of Duty: World at War
- Mirror's Edge
- Portal: Still Alive (89%)
- Prince of Persia

 

Left 4 Dead I believe has the best chance of getting a 90+ rating, Banjo might be a long shot, and Call of Duty and Mirror's Edge could both be potential low 90's or high 80's. It will be close but I believe the 360 can get that 20th AAA this year!

Edited - Prince of Persia and Portal Still Alive added. Portal Still Alive hanging on a 89% with 19 reviews.

 

(Sony only has nine with a potential of 4 more this year - Resistance, Prince of Persia, Mirror's Edge & Call of Duty)

Fable 2 and Portal swapped this evening.

I agree I think L4D can do it, as for the rest its a waiting game.

They are still games, but just to make you happy, 5 are Exclusive, + 2 Arcade Exclusives Vs PS3's 2

Yup, which is why this is a perfect time to own both a PS3 AND a 360, to just have one your not counted as a true HD gamer in my book.

Geo Wars 2 and Braid are still exclusive to the 360, and unlike certain PSN titles are not simply upgrades/ports of PSP counterparts They are included into the "exclusive" AAA titles.

So Arcade games do count.

Yeah, I went there.
