I have to agree. This year sucked for everyone IMO. Nothing really stood out other then FFXIII multiplat. Which although is big news.....its not really spetacular news. However just cause one year is a rundown doesn't mean they will all be. I still say make e3 public again :(

Yup. It was announced on G4TV as an exclusive. E3 will supposedly be closed press for a day or two so they can get their work done and then be open to the public for however many more days it's going on for.

Tag: Became a freaking mod and a complete douche, coincidentally, at the same time.

Revived E3 hopefully means revived shows. I'd suspect Ninty has learned from their mistakes considering their October conference this year. So I'd say we can be pretty optimistic from them for a change.

Sony and MS of course have been good persistently but not great. So they'll need to up the ante with this new E3.

Grand Theft Auto: *SOMETHING* will be announced for the Wii for Christmas release. RockStar already made the Table Tennis game for the Wii to test out the RAGE engine.

So 2 years down the road, Grand Theft Auto is coming to the Wii. And new GTA for X360 and PS3

The question will be whether Nintendo focuses on E3 or decides to do another Nintendo conference. This year everyone agreed their E3 stank, but were then blown away by the conference.

And Soulsamari - Capcom has made it quite clear that they want to focus on expanding Monster Hunter in to other territories with MH 3. It's hard to make the game successful in other territories if you don't release it there.

I'm hoping for one or two big capcom Wii announcements (RE 2 Remake and RE:UC please!)

Microsoft could throw out a real curve ball next year.

They have one massive shooter every holiday season, and it has gone like this:

2005: Perfect Dark Zero (Yeah, I know)
2006: Gears of War
2007: Halo 3
2008: Gears of War 2

The problem is, the Halo 3 expansion is coming early next year, making Halo 4 for Christmas 2009 doubtful.

Come on PERFECT DARK TWO!!!

Sony- Will show off stuff we already know about and again next year.

Microsoft- Announce another PS3 exclusive on there system, show off the same games as last year or what we already knew about again.

Nintendo- Will not show anything the ""hardcore"" care about, cause massive whining and moaning, have there awesome events in October causing the internet to collapse on its own stupid again.
