We will see what kind of RPG it is when it comes out November 20th.

I say it will be a "Worldized JRPG".

Not by choice. I barely started gaming so RPG was a new genre for me. I barely found out Pokemon was an RPG and that Zelda wasnt 1 year ago. =P

It's pretty much this way, It's made in Japan so it's a JRPG, just like Fable 2 is a WRPG. It's That simple.

Yea but just the Western market isnt the World is it? What about teh Europeans? Or Africans? Eskimos and so on.

Its a JRPG till the end. Stupid genre naming like that doesnt help.

 

 

Europeans are part of West aren't they??? Otherwise Fable 2 should be known as ERPG = European RPG.

So if a Western company made an RPG, it would automatically be a WRPG even if it was more like a JRPG.

Isn't this where the definition came from??? Just like Calimero is a Anime because it's made in Japan, though it still is aimed at western audiences.
