Oh it does, as i said , hes done so many interviews its hard to single it out. was about 5 months ago.

You're blowing smoke. If CliffB really said anything on the lines of GeOW3 being "locked down" to Microsoft, the article would have been very easy to find. Now stop making excuses. No one is dumb enough to believe this "OMG! CliffB did so many interviews and I can't find it on the internet" crap.
There's a very good chance Gears3 will stay 360 exclusive, but it has nothing to do with your lie.

consider EA contracted Epic's next few games other than Gears the answer is; they are second party.
i had a look around and found an article that seemed to suggest microsoft was paying for exclusivity with green m&ms.
