Just a point, it was the fastest selling Xbox game at certain retailers, not the fastest selling game period.

This game is expecting some nice sales. It deserves it.

England is the one bastion of 360dom in Europe. It's strange how the 360 sales break down to English speaking countries prefering it to the PS3 (NA, Australia and England) while its panned compared to the PS3 anywhere that doesn't speak English primarily.

Of course none of them are really a contest, the Wii dominates across all languages, but at least in terms of HD consoles it breaks down to English=360, any other language=PS3. Maybe Xbox translates awkwardly like the Chevy Nova did in Mexico (no va is spanish for won't go).

Also I'm 90% sure that Fable is developed in England and is heavily English in its characters/setting/humor so I'm not at all surprised it did well there.
