This thread is just a gathering of people who hate the Wii. What's the point? Every single person who doesn't own a Wii has came here, trolled and left. I don't know how threads that get out of control so fast are allowed to remain open. This will soon turn into a Kotaku or a Gamespot.

The sad part is my PS3 likely won't have nearly a similar lineup, as the only games i want for it currently are Valkria Chronicles and LBP.

I hate to tell you this, but the same is true for the PS3 and 360 community.

I respect the person's opinion, I however do disagree.
Calling it a "failure" is a lie. I really enjoy it, and although it isn't my favourite console (go SNES), it still is very fun to play on, and I like it the most out of the 3 seventh gen consoles. I wouldn't call it a failure at all.

Good article, sums up most of my issues with the Wii and includes how disappointing the motion controls have been, something that I didn't even realize was an issue for me.

I'm starting to realize this site is seriously going the path of Kotaku and most gaming sites. It seems that the hate for the Wii has no limits. There's people like Jo21 and Diomedes who troll on every post they make in regards to the Wii.

Opinion: that article was made of fail.

We had SMG, SSBB and MKWII etc in the last 2 years, yeah i would've loved if the 3rd party games were good but handful of them are really good and they are improving, last year there was only 1 or 2 decent 3rd party game on wii, this year we already had about 4, next year looks good for wii 3rd party games too.

So true. The Wii was a marketing genius and Nintendo really raked in the money, but the Wii just isnt that fun to many people who purchase it.  Perhaps that is why even though Wii outsells XBox 360 and PS3 by three times the amount, Wii's software sales are similar to XBox 360.

you should calm down a little, those who hate the wii will not go away by shouting "troll" every time they make a post you dont agree with, they already made their minds let them hate.

The Wii has only sold 16% more peices of hardware in North America as the XBox 360 has, the Wii only passed the XBox 360 in North America this year, and their software sales are remarkably similar even though countless people claim that the XBox 360's software is far better than the Wii's software.
