Actually, no, it is quite wrong. Most of the Conspiracy titles are PS2 ports.

List doesn't list 4 Japanese exclusives announced in the last week so it is off, add that to ports being listed as exclusives and some games that are exclusively coming to PS3 both in retail and download form being completely ignored (Warhawk, Socom and LBP) and you got yourself a lame list.

It's written right in the Eligibility rules, at point 5, that "The list will focus mainly on games scheduled to release in North America. Import titles (including games released exclusively for one console only in Japan or Europe) will not be counted".

So it's NORMAL that ToS sequel is not posted in there, it's NORMAL that 4 japanese exclusives are not posted there either.

I love ToS as much (if not more) than you guys, but IIRC it's Japan only for now.

And I agree too, that counting the japanese exclusives would have dethroned the XB360 some time ago already.
