I just made a trip from Michigan to California and the cheapest I saw was $2.29 in Missouri or Oklahoma.

Crazy.

here in chicago it peaked around $4.50. hovering right at the $3 point lately.



OPEC will meet tomorrow and probably cut production. The price may rise if they do so (hopefully they don't cut production by a lot).

On the other hand, if the price of oil goes too low that's not good either. Here's why:

its down to £1.02 per litre here in UK, down from £1.25 per litre, not happy until it reaches about 80p per litre lol

I really wonder how this will effect longterm oil consumption, though. With a struggling economy worldwide, cheaper oil will help in the shortterm.

I worry that prices will remain lower and that will deter countries from attempting to go green (mainly the US since we haven't invested heavily in alternatives like a lot of Europe has already).

I was just passing through Delaware the other day and noticed how nice it looked; and I'm looking at several spots around the US to choose as my first Air Force duty station.  I was considering the one near Dover.  In general, what are some of the ups and downs of Delaware?  Plus some nice places to visit around the area...
