The Discworld series of books are great but I'm currently having a hard time getting through "Soul Music".

I can't believe nobody has mentioned Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy Douglas Adams. It's a fantastic series, and you can usually get the complete series in one volume for 20-25 bucks these days. Absolute must read, it's way better than all the crap people are telling you to read.

You can find me on facebook as Markus Van Rijn, if you friend me just mention you're from VGchartz and who you are here.

A trilogy is a set of three works of art, usually literature, film, or video games, that are connected and can be seen either as a single work or three individual works.

This is a well known fact to those that know it well. Including myself, but not, apparently Robert Rankin.

^^ Thats what I hate about artistic freedom... some people think rules just don´t apply to them...

Oh and what about Star Wars... can you still call it a trilogy... as in "original trilogy" or do you have to call it a saga since all movies are clearly categorised and Episode I-VI ???

In any case Robert Rankin is a doush and I refuse to read more than the first three books of his so called trilogy until he admits that eventhough it sounds cooler his books are not a trilogy...

The Farseer Trilogy - Robin Hobb
Night Watch Trilogy - Sergey Lukyanenko
The Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy series - Douglas Adams
Dirk Gently series - Douglas Adams
Dune series - Frank Herbert
Earthsea series - Ursula K. Le Guin
Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell - Susanna Clarke
Harry Potter series - J.K Rowling

Thats all I can think of for now. They're all awesome books.
