it is 11:25 p.m. here in so. cal.
Sarah Palin will be on SNL tonight.
she was told to rap but couldn't do it so she just bobs her head as Poehler raps.
Well, at least that's what I heard.
So the rumor was true. Can't wait.

I saw it. Not sure about her being the VP... but there is no question.. she is hot.
On a side note, WTF happened to SNL? I have not seen that show in years, and man does it suck now.
SNL is just plain awful, and has been for at least 8 years. The departure of Lorne Michaels and a lot of the old cast had a lot to do with it.
We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls. The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke
It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...." Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson
and Alec Baldwin?
I thought he left town when Bush was elected?
It was funny though "you are a lot hotter in person" Great line.
Eh... SNL has always sucked. When you thought it was cool was just when you were most receptive to it. (though it sucked.)
The only decent stuff was Norm McDonald, the political jokes when they were funny (Bush 1/Clinton years) and when they had the occasional really awesome guest.
(Like Michael Jordan as the first black player in the Harlem Globetrotters.)
Now kids in the hall. That was a good sketch show.

I thought the McGruber skits were fricking hilarious. Palin was funny, if mccain loses I hope she goes on again (she would be able to do more)
