What has been striking me reading through websites and gamer threads that PS3 is starting to make its move.  I own all three systems.  i play games on all three systems.  I could recommend why you should buy each system.  But the fact that people from the 360 community keep commenting on the PS3 hoping for its failure just doesn't help their cause of being a true fanboy. 

Lets look at it from this point of view.  Gaming is the material that will drive young gamers into the market.  Most young gamers dont really have the $ to spend on movie downloads and music transferring nor understand why they need hard drive.  They just hear the hype and jump on the wagon and go.  In this day in age I would of been blown away with what I grew up wtih.  NES and the arcades..... It didn't matter the system it matter the score you could beat.  I wont lie I wasted many days of my life making it to sunday on paper boy.  I also wasted tooo much of my life for the SNES trying to beat Ken griffy Jr baseball game that cheated like hell.  PS1 SOTN amazing. Sega introduce the competive edge of being cool. 64 rocked the multiplayer world of pulling friends in the same living room together. I wish dreamcast had a better shot.... xbox defined what graphic could be.  PS2 allowed small companies to make their move in to the "high" tech times. game cube...... wont lie rocked it pretty heavy with sit down friends in the rising sun.

this generation has seem to lost its touch.  online playing is amazing.  but to watch your friends face who has  defeat all over it is no longer around.  I appricate the trophie systems being involved.  its kind of like a high score.... but enough rambling.

PS3 fanboys should be thanking 360kids for promoting PS3 so well.  The playstation community doesn't need to point out its advancements.  Seems there are a few ps3 fanboys trying to slam 360... but have you play gears of war or halo? damn amazing.  I think it is time to end the system war and start the game wars to say which game is better and why!  If a excitment of a great game is not a reason for you to buy the system then you probably in the wrong industry. 

But once again PS3kids should be thanking 360kids for making PS3 have a bold statement saying PS3 is a threat and here to stay.

I don't quite understand the point of the thread.

Is it a call out against fanboyism? If so then nice try but nothing will stop groups of people complaining about other groups of people.
