Forums - Microsoft - Memory card data transfer question

So, the arcade I bought as a second 360 for the living room (got an Elite in the game room) RRoD'd on me the other day and because I'm staff at the store I bought it from, I'm allowed to upgrade it to a Premium.  Now, the main problem would be transfering the saved games from the memory unit to the HDD (we need the Arcade mem card to send back before the console can be upgraded).

Is there any way to move the saved games over while deleting the old saved games, kinda like the data transfer cable for the Premium --> Elite?

Around the Network

Ask yourself: WWJD? You cant just do a quick data transfer from card to HD before you return the card? If not, buy a card to turn in with the Console and keep the old card. Return the card for a refund when you're done.

I'm sure Mr J wouldn't have a problem at all lol

Returning the card isn't a problem, the problem is that Micro$oft don't let you copy your safe files over for most games >.

You could try this:
