dont you mean video, cause taking a pic of a game in motion would still look like its frozen

I don't know about that. The tv was on though there was no picture. I have never heard that those 3 lights are a sign of anything esle. idk.

 



If the video cable isn't plugged in, the 360 will red ring.

 

Trust me, I just did that with my 360 a few minutes ago when working on getting my fan to work right.
