I concur, the 8th season is the best.

It's not like the latest episode was totally unfunny though- just not up to the show's standards. Besides, every show has a few episodes that aren't very good. Don't worry, South Park will regain its form.

And the new one was not good aswell X_X. The one with Wendy and Cartman.

Oh my God I forgot they had new episodes coming out in October! Guess I'll get on the downloading!

I too think season 12 so far has been so-so but hopefully it'll pick up.

One of my favorite South Park moment has to be the simulated Butters suicide with the pig dressed as Butters in the Marjorine episode.

Edit : I just checked out the episodes in Season 9 and it has to be one of the best out there : Die Hippie Die, Best Friends Forever, The Death of Eric Cartman, Two Days Before the Day After Tomorrow (I broke the dam!), Marjorine, Ginger Kids, Trapped in the Closet (I PULL OUT MY GUN!), Free Willzyx

Ho wcome South Park is still on, I watched it in the late 90's when it first started, but looking at the fact that all the hype from the show has died a long time ago, I'm surprised it's still going.

South Park as stayed consistently good (overall) since the first season. The fact that they can do episodes about current events just weeks after they happen helps the show stay fresh. Yes the initial "OMG this show is so offensive!! Let's protest" phase is gone but people who watched the show for it's bitting humor and satire are still loving it.
