Cannot seem to get this.
Am I correct in thinking that the bonus rock contains 15 tokens in total, and in order to get the trophy you have to simply boost through the (exact) middle of the rock in order to pick up all tokens in one motion?
If so, I always seem to leave a couple of tokens. Is that just because I'm not hitting it exactly in the middle?

That's how you do it. It might take a few tries to hit it exactly right. The best place to try is the second level. There's a bonus rock at the very beginning, so you can just restart if you mess it up.
