Same "insider" who posted the Falcon info I posted also said X07 was canceled and instead there will be some sort of live games show over Xbox Live...
He claimed the advantages are that it will be cheaper for MS and also that they will be able to control exactly what they show this way.
And he also mentioned this qoute from cheap ass gamer to hint at it:
