I have been too the countyside once and they had pigshit which smells pretty bad.

A beach lined with dead fish. Worst smell ever.

Rotten milk perhaps. I drank some once by accident, and the smell lingered for hours. At some point I was not sure it was the smell or just the memory of it (which was really strong too).

I used to live just up the road from a fish market which was pretty rank. But it pales in comparison to the 'Gut Truck' that visits a local slaughterhouse to collect all of the squishy bits of cow and pig that aren't fit for human consumption. Makes me gag to think about it.
