He was found to have exercised "poor judgement" for his involvement.
I said this elsewhere, but just because the charges against OJ where dismissed doesn't mean he didn't do it.

The charges against OJ Simpson were not dismissed he was found not guilty; and there is a massive difference between the two.
The charges against Ayers were dismissed, but apparently he did it. That's why I'm not voting for Ayers, O.J., or McCain.
If the gloves don't fit, you must acquit.
