Forums - Gaming - Which version of GHWT will sell most copies?

What do you guys think? I'd say the 360 version and wii version will be pretty close in first week sales, and the wii version will finish with way stronger legs. That seems to be the way GH3, and GHA went.

The thing is that 360 owners get have great versions of RB2 and WT, while wii only has great version of GHWT. 360 owners would be more likely to get both though because the drums work on both. The PS3 version should do really well too though because of the timed release for RB2. It will be interesting.

Also which music game do you think will sell the most across all systems? RB2 or world tour. I'd say world tour because it seems to be the better of the 2.



Support good third party games on wii. Buy games like house of the dead overkill, de blob, madworld, the conduit and boom blox.

I'd say your prediction and reasoning are very sound.

I'm not so convinced that GH:WT will beat out overall sales of RB2, though. Rock Band has the advantage of getting there first. Also, there are a lot of people who already own a full set of instruments for it, while buyers of GH:WT will only have guitars (if that).

They're both excellent games (excepting the Wii version of Rock Band), so it should be a fun race to watch.
