Wow, if the parents don't punish this kid then I'll be even more disgusted. The parents should definitely pay the bill for all the animals their little demon killed, it would make them think twice about leaving their son alone.

After this incident I would probably sleep very uneasily with a kid like that under the same roof. Creepy kid.
