There have already been a slew of horror video games made into movies (RE, Doom, Silent Hill, etc...) and movies have been turned into games (but they usually suck), so which horror movie do you think would make a great game?

"The Thing" game was "okay" but kinda lame (I liked how your teammates could get scared and freak out), while the movie simply rocks your face off!

Aliens would be great and I heard that they are coming out with a new Aliens game (awesome!).

Forget the slasher movies (Jason, MM, Freddy), they would translate poorly (unless you could control the "bad guy" and go on a murderous rampage).

28 Days/Weeks Later would be cool, but with Left 4 Dead and RE5 coming soon, it looks like hyperspeed zombies are taken care of (for now).

So...what's left?

We've got zombies (Left 4 Dead, RE5, Dead Island), sci-fi shooters (Dead Space), killer dinosaurs (Turok), a new Silent Hill game (I give it a 6.5), and much more around the corner. Where can we go from here?

On the other side of the coin, I think Bioshock would be a good movie (but Hollywood would probably screw it up!)

Whilst it's not a traditional horror movie i'd love to see a game based on battle royale, it's a japanese film about a group of juvenile delinquents who get sent to a secluded island and have to kill each other to earn there freedom.

It's a great film, i'd recomend checking it out if you haven't seen it already
