while holding drag toolbar to whichever edge of the screen you want it to be (on top, bottom, right side, left side)

It works on both xp and vista.  If you have an earlier windows than maybe it won't work.

It won't look like it moves until you get the held mouse to an edge of the screen.  then the outline of the toolbar shows up and when you release it will snap into place.

Drag it back to the bottom silly.

Grab the toolbar by the clock, and drag it.

On another note...

You need a spy ware tool like spybot search and destroy. That "mywebsearch" toolbar crap you have is spyware. You need to get rid of it.

As a general rule, NEVER install any free toolbar that is on the net from any other time you have purchased or downloaded unless you research it first on Google to determine if it is crap or not.
