And I am impressed with North Carolina. It looks like a nice place to hike in. Are all those mountains hikeable (as in public land) or will you get shot by a hillbilly (is that disrespectful) if you chose the wrong mountain?

That's a good question, Dogs. The one I was on was a state park I think, so it was fine. I don't know about all those one's in the back ground, but nobody lives out there for miles and miles, so I would assume if you wanted you could do as you please out there without anyone ever knowing.

There are usually lots of hiking trails in most our our state parks.  I'm from NC and have been to a good amount of the state parks in the mountains.  From those pictures there probably are a few hikeable trails in that park. 

The comment about the hillbilly, thats really in the mountains of Georgia and West Virginia you are going to see people like that.  Our hillbillies are in the foothills and not the mountains.

If you want to look older, get some hair on your face.  It's ugly and your wife will hate it, but it's hilarious and makes you look older.  My wife hates my face, but I keep telling her "it's for the lulz."  One day she'll get it.  Or leave my ugly hairy ass.
