Why a sad face? You doubt that gears 2 and R2 will be better than this maybe? I don't see this being better so it should overshadow it in my opinion. 

Meh, I dunno, people keep saying Gears of War 2 and Resistance 2 is more of the same. Dead Space is something we've never seen before (especially the ''strategic dismemberment'' part). It also seems to be the next big horror series after Silent Hill and Fatal Frame, and it's going to be a welcomed addition in my opinion (because Resident Evil 5 isn't going in the good direction as far as I know).

 

Im currently enjoying the new silent hill...pretty good. I'll get this game for sure as well...looking forward to it actually. But it does seem rather limited in scope of horror it will provide... I see a lot of BOO! moments that go away after you fire your BFG 10000 gun...I  don't see myself being scared to go in to a room if I have ammo...the Resident Evil 4 syndrome basically.
