For individuals who managed their finances well, have decent savings and a good credit rating they will be able to buy their dream home at a far lower price than they were able to a couple of years ago.

It doesn't affect me at all. For me it is a great thing because I can buy a Villa in Florida now and sell it probably in 5 years for double the price....If you have money you should do that aswell.

well the wall street crisis gives us cheaper gas (up to a point) It atleast it dropped below $100 a barrel. Today it settled at $95.

maybe the bailout is not a good idea, maybe the marquet should be left alone to get back up on its hown, good companies will make money and bad ones will colapse that's what wallstreet is about

For me, living in Brazil, the dollar is rising fast against real (my currency). So my plan of traveling to the US in January is looking like it won´t happen.
