If by bankruptcy you mean "Microsoft's checkbook" then yes, I agree.
Seems like everyone has helped out Square at one point or another. If/when they screw up it'll be MS' turn.
Of course, I doubt anything is going to happen to SE for a while.
Looking at the second row ofd pictures, it looks like Square-Enix is using the chain of memoriews sprites to make the game. Laziness at its finest.
