I'm pretty sure it's on the PS3 and PC too, which makes the prediction seem a lot more viable. It wouldn't really be too hard if they marketed it as the "game to have" around the time it releases.

It says 3 million for all platforms worldwide.

I won't be wasting my money on this but I'm sure it will sell 3 million combined eventually.

The same way that they have stated that SW: TFU is x360 on that site.

Either they don't know it's on multiple platforms (but you did...)

Or they just didn't bother and placed only one console (like other sites sometimes do)

And the article says "I would look for world-wide sales of over 3 million, on three platforms,"

I think it's doutbful they'll do it, it's possible, but the game doesn't look like it would be an instant seller, more like a niche game
