It's been a long time since the PS3 launched but I still don't feel like getting one. Anyhow, this Christmas there will be available a significant line up of quality titles, all of them worth to buy the system. But, is this the right time? I mean, next year will be introduced the new cpu and propably a slim version, or a price drop. Is it worth to wait any longer or I'm just missing too much already?

It's your money, why do you need to ask people here what to do with it?

I would buy one cause there are already lots of games that's worth playing through.

If only I knew when Sony is up to drop the prices. Then my choice would be much easier.

I dought there will be a slim PS3 until the december after the comming one .

I think this is a strong december for PS3 but I don't think it makes the PS3 an absolute must by , titles like GT5 , God Of War 3 support the "PS3 is a must by" thing.

If your buying the PS3 purley for this christmas line-up then i'd say wait till Spring or Summer even. if your buying the PS3 for the whole catalogue then there's alot of exclusive games already released which I believe are better than some of the upcoming ones nameley Uncharted , MGS4 , GT5 : P , Ratchet and clank .

Get it.

To be honest I promised myself to get one when gt5 is launched, but I don't see that happening anytime soon...

Just do it, buy it somewhere with a good return policy. At least 30 days.

Why not buy a 360 and a Wii insteed?It's tha same money my friend and you'll have a HD console with many more great exclusives and Wii for the games you cannot find on HD consoles.I just can't understand why someone must waste so much money for a console when he can get so many more with the same money...I know that many replies will follow about me being a fanboy but i believe this 100%!!

If you would buy one now you may be sure that their are enoug great games to keep you busy till GT5 release...

I don't really think they will have a pricecut soon.
