Also guys when i was in the USA i had a quick look at games in Walmarts and gamestop and i can confidently say that the UK is far cheaper. Some games such as LittleBigPlanet Resistance and Killzone are at $56.99! In the UK they can all be bought for under £20 which is $30.

In England the games get discounted very quickly wheras in the US it seems they need to be platinum before they get any discount at all!

Certain games for example

LittleBigPlanet and Bioshock were both under £10 which is $15ish might work out worth importing. But, its hassle and i don't no how much it would cost to import or anything so im not sure it would be worth it.

Anybody else playing Batman: Arkham Asylum? I can confirm that its going to be a very tough game to platinum due to the freeflow combat and predator challenges. Especially the combat!! You need to practically be perfect on each of the 4 rounds to get the gold medal.

Meaning:

1) Take no damage to get the 500 point dark knight bonus.
2) Never break your combo to get the 1000 point freeflow bonus
3) Get high variation bonuses can net up to an extra 5000 points.
4) Clearing all 4 rounds without damage grants an additional 5000 points (I think, I only did this once).

I'm feeling determined to get this platinum, but it's going to take lots and lots of practice!

I have more fun playing 7 min quarters, I feel less rushed and my defenders get slightly better stats and it is a tiny bit harder for my defense to be ranked best in the NFL ( I think it was only like 4th last season). I can take more time before the snap too so the score don't get that crazy and the AI spends less time doing it's 2 min offense.( with 5 min game some game the AI is doing accelerated offense like 1 quarter of the whole game..). I don't like 5 min quarters because I have seen either the AI or me make scoring drives in over 5 minutes too...

Well I won my second superbowl after a crazy conference final....

Marshal dropped his first fumble since he plays for me with 4 min left in the 4th quarter and Polamulu picked it and scored a TD. I managed to score a TD in two passes on the next possession and scored  a FG shortly after to win the game 27-24...

After 2 complete seasons Moreno is now rated at 91 and both my wide receivers are now rated 93 !

I think I might have to let go of a WR in 2-3 years though or I'm going to run into salary cap issues when some of my rookie contracts finish and I have to renew them...

I know a few who already have the platinum so idk. I haven't tried it yet. Low on gamefly =/

I understand a little of what you mean though.

It depends a lot on your team ratings, no matter how well you play.

My first season my Runningback was rated 81 and runs weren't easy. This season he is 91 and he almost runs by himself.

As your team rating progresses ( the Broncos were 83 their first season, they are now 86) you start to score more points and I can see how score might start to be unrealistic with teams with high ratings ( I have had a few games where I scored 40 pts + recently).

Basically with higher ratings my defense plays better and I get the ball more often and my offense advances faster...

Yeah, the challenges seem hard, although I've only unlocked the first one I think.  I managed to get perfect freeflows/no damaged on the first two rounds of it yesterday so I'm getting better, but yeah, only got the first medal.  I saw on the leaderboards that people had like 57k when you only need 18k, so at least there appears to be room for getting by.

As far as I can tell, the upgrades you get in single player carry over, so I suspect it might get a little easier to get points.  The single player game is effing amazing, though, so I don't really care yet.
