Basically it's like finishing THREE games at 100%...

Well, i got 2 plats this week, but I was missing only 1 or 2 trophies of each game !

Actually, most retail games clock in at around 78 points (some a little less and I think the most without DLC was at around 82), so 140 points would be around 2 games 100%. Add in the factor of quite a few people renting games now, it's not too difficult to get a lot of points in a week, although that more likely comes down to how much time is spent gaming. Also, PSN games are locked in at a maximum of 21 points, so playing quite a few of the easy ones could help you with that, too.

I've knocked in over 200 points before... I remember it was when i got the Dead Space, Call of Duty WaW, and Sonic Ult Genesis Collection plat. Plus around that time i also had Buzz and got some easy golds on it

Eat Lead's not bad, but it's not too good either. It doesn't take itself serious and is merely a parody of a bunch of other games. For $10, though, it's worth it.
