PS / I forgot you can rent games in united states ! we cant in Europe, maybe that's why it's harder to get trophies !

Well a bunch of kiddy plats can turn into a bunch of points which also turn into top places on the leaderboard which is where I'm at. Jumpin off a cliff has nothing to do with gaming lol.I'm just stating if they are doing it i might as well too. I mean there are no rules to trophy hunting

Why does nobody plat GTA4?

Of course you can rent games in Europe... at least in Austria. But we dont have things such as Gamefly, just normal video stores which rent on a daily basis.

BTW how long does it take to plat Terminator? I like to get it too if its that easy to plat, but i wont play a game that doesnt interest me one bit -> Hana Montana

In my opinion, games renting in Europe is a very minor market, because of editor"s lobying.

it's been forbidenne for a looooong time, it's a very niche market and you cant find it everywhere

it's not like game renting in USA or Canada, which is very close from DVD or CD renting

Nothing against people playing prince of persia, sonic collection, and other stuff (I played them). They´re good games, with easy trophies. Or even games like Alone in the Dark or Terminator.. I don´t know, maybe you´re a huge fan of the movies, maybe you started playing, so you realize that the game was bad... but, since that you already was playing it, and it was easy, why not to plat it.

I mean, I bought Pure because people said that was an easy plat. In five days I got platinum, and the game was really good. There are so good games with easy trophies to play... I mean, I still want to play quantum of solace, lord of the rings, etc.. In my PS2 times I always used to play games like this. But I also have EoJ, FIFA, Mirror´s, Bioshock, platinumns, etc..

But hannah montana? WTF! There´s no reason or excuse for anyone here to play it. Or is there a 10 year old girl among us (hehehe)... and to play JUST JUST JUST for the platinum and to enter in a leaderboard in internet is just ridiculous, and to me... sick.

I used to look at the top spots of the leadboard and admire them, you know, Ail have quality and quantity, I remember when HideoK joined the league and put all us one spot down (hehe), I was shocked with his trophies peoplle used to keep posting here their "journey" to get the platinum in Wipeout for example, and when someone got that I was like "cool!". But from what we´re going now in some weeks we´ll look at the leaderboard and "arrrgh", I´ll look and not admire but think "that´s sad, get a life dood" (i´ve playing with prinny... that´s why I added the "dood" thing).

It´s just my opinion... But I would prefer to be off the league if we get at the point that the leaderboad represents "the guy who have less life" than the "the guy who have more skills"...

About renting games... here in Brazil (marcio can confirm) a new game costs U$ 85-100.. and whe they´re cheap.. something about U$ 60 (what u pay for a new game).

yep, that´s it. I don´t rent too much just because my city doesn´t have a good service for this... But tomb raider I´ll rent it hehe
