Yeah i know its tough but i bet i can do it. I'm a FPS type of guy and if i can survive Cod WaW on veteran i think i could do it lol

COD5 on Veteran is a son of a bitch, especially Heart of the Reich. A very stressful platinum.

I'm glad i got it though.. my most proud platinum is Fallout 3 though and thats just cuz i never thought i could get it cuz of how long it takes

Haha funny name. Yeah I was playing some Killzone 2 last night going for the ribbons. Was also debating about going for the top 1% again. Seems like the longer I wait the more impossible it gets to attain. I would need to score around 6,500 points in a week right now to get it. The crazy thing is the whole time I've played the game I'm only a little over 3000 points....

Anyone got any Killzone 2 tips for the best modes and tactics to score the most points in a single match? I noticed a lot of the new mission related ribbons I completed give more points for those actions now.

I still need to clear Elite mode too. I tried the last checkpoint a bunch of times and yikes, it's going to be way harder than Call of Duty 5 veteran I think. Heck, normal took me close to an hour my first time.

Also I've been playing Prototype, but I'm not enjoying it nearly as much as inFamous. Just not enough personality to Alex Mercer. I don't care about the characters and story at all. But I'm going to stick through it to clear the game once. Red Faction was the same feeling for me. I don't remember any characters. Repetitive missions got old fast too. The online was kinda fun in Red Faction though. But not nearly as fun as golden gun in 007. I loved that mode!
