@football fan i dont seem to get lag that im aware of but loads of patch updates have made the game better thou another due soon.
the only weird problems i get is when i play a 32 man match, the game quits on me or i freeze but if you play any other matches its fine.
you do get the weird random glitch but its rare now defo a game to rent first then buy if you like :)

@mastervg platinum for monster vs aliens and iv never seen my boy so excited over anything when he got the trophy lol im now nagged for up and transformers 2 lol may have to get him his own ps3 but he would challenge marcio and he wont like that :p

You'd all have to bow before me at that point.  I think I own 46 PS3 games now.

Now, if I just had time to play them...

I think ill just dive in and get it. I need a new headset and the headset on its own would cost £25 and the bundle with the headset and socom is £33 so even if i dont love it for £8 i cant really go wrong.

If you will still be playing it/going for the platenum in the next few months ill play online with you if you would like.

@football fan yeh im always randomly on it between other games. the headset is faultless and that alone is good value especially for the games coming up like m.a.g and cod:mw2 and battlefield :P
a downside when you get into the game iv noticed is the quick game is kinda broken because you always get the same 3 maps with the same game mode with it lol but when starting its not noticable

finally completed my socom assault rifle badges just 5 weapon catgories to go yeppi just another 3000 kills and 300 wins to go sigh

Congrats, on your son getting his very first platinum! I can imagine his excitement.

However, one thing bothers me. I'm wondering why your son plays on your PSN account and not his own? I think its cheating the league to have multiple users playing on the same account especially when you are getting trophies & platinums in games that you didn't play or might not have played otherwise.

Does anyone else agree?
