I think Uncharted 2 had the right idea with keeping the multiplayer trophies required for plat really simple, but I'll admit those could have been better designed to make me put a little bit of time in.  If I'm required to have a ton of skill, rely on other humans, or play the multiplayer for weeks on end to get a platinum trophy, there just isn't much enjoyment there for me.  I still consider myself lucky for getting 4 team wins in a row on Red Dead the first time I tried for it.

My sentiments exactly. Assassin's Creed Brotherhood's onlline was mildly fun, something I would've played but certainly not for 20-25 hours if it weren't for the trophies.

Uncharted 2 could have been a bit harder though. Even on crushing it was just mildly difficult, no part where you'd die 50 times in a row on or anything.

Hizzah!  I beat Tim Duncan and Tony Porker in NBA Jam Remix mode, which people were saying was the most annoying part.  Not to grind my way through the rest of the annoying BS!

Doh I actually enjoyed AC MP a lot...

Yes, but I wouldn't pay full price.  It's going to drop like a rock.

EA Flash Deals has already done a deal for it for $30, and I expect they will do that again (or better) soon.

You guys should wait a bit. When ME2-PS3 already includes all the DLC currently out, there's new DLC coming, and I'm sure when Mass Effect 3's close to dropping ME2 will be re-released to include this new DLC for free.

I just picked up ME2 and im really enjoying it, so much i bought ME1 to play at lunch times at work on PC, so im currently playing them simultaneously even tho i know what happens in one thanks to the interactive comic.

but my advice BE QUICK if your going to get it on PS3, some of the free DLC expires if you dont get it before the 23rd and then you will have to pay for it if you want it, its only a few guns not any missions, but hay its free for the next 5 days! 

Also dont buy it second hand the game comes with a code to claim all the DLC for free its a 650meg download, if you get it second hand youll have to pay the project $10 fee to get it!

Ive never been a fan of Western RPG's but this game has changed my mind and im only 10 hours in, highly recommend!

 

P.S. I payed £25, well worth it.

 

EDIT: my bad it actually expired last month, so 1 Gun and 1 Piece of armour is now not included in the free DLC, but still best not to buy it second hand.

Oh man dude you were so right... I only have 6 more trophy tournaments to go but it is SUCH a bore. It's incredible... I did 24H races in GT5 and I was entertained. I can't stand more than 1 hour of this game at a time. Fucking horrible.

If its that bad just give it up, ive done some less than fun things to get some trophies, but anything thats got to the area of fucking horrible just aint worth it, when theres so many fun games to be played.

Oh I would, except I'm less than 5 hours from platting it. I figure, since I've sunk 25-30 hours into this already, might as well see it through. I'm stubborn as fuck, in case you can't tell. :-/
