I bet the PSP2/NGP will have trophies. Looks like we'll need an "NGP trophy league" next year then :)

In all likelihood, they'd use the same system, so it would be difficult to distinguish the two.

Im pretty sure in one of the post interviews they have confirmed full trophy support for NGP games.

Yeah on the playstation blog trophy support for NGP has been confirmed. They haven't said so yet but those trophies and your current PS3 profile should be intergrated directly with the NGP trophies. They touted 69 million people already registered online with PSN during the NGP conference. Why would they state they if they were going to have you setup a new PSN profile and username for NGP trophies. It would be a bad move.
