got my first platinum (fallout 3) the ending was not worth the effort :(

Also, a question to all Trophy whores Hunters:

What do you think is a good rank ratio?

What I mean is right now I'm working on a "for every 10 bronze I get, I need to get a silver, 10silvers/1 gold 10 golds 1plat" mentality, does everyone else have a scheme or some sort of a plan/formula going?

I don't try to follow a specific ratio like the one you've posted, but I like to check what everyone's Points to Trophy ratio is (Points/Total # of trophies).

i've been so pre-occupied with Fallout 3 over the last couple of days and I've done something I haven't done in gaming in a long time. I pulled an all nighter! I played Fallout 3 until 6am in the morning, 2 days in a row!! My schedule is so thrown off now. lol

The game is #^% amazing and I'm totally addicted. I'm around 40 hours now, lvl 20 and I should have platinum within a day or two, but I plan to still play more side quests and mess around for fun after that.

[Speech 100%] Everyone must play this game!!

good to hear that...

after I play bioshock again, fallout here I go

Bought Blitz The League 2 for $18 on Amazon's Deal of the Day after checking out the trailer and the trophy list. I can't wait to get the "Rupture 10 scrotums" trophy!

I hope to plat NBA 09 and Rock Band 2 this week. :D

@fadetoone: Good luck with the Rock Band 2 platinum. Which trophies do you still need to earn to get the platinum?

I just did Heart of the Reich on veteran

Hotr is really tough and it took me by far the longest to do of any previous vetran mission.

My advice: DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS IN 1 DAY. Get a couple of checkpoints then go online for a bit, next day "resume game" then you will be ready again for the frustration.

This weekend I plan to take down the platinum artist (and the gold artist along with it) or whatever it is you get from beating endless setlist 2 on expert.  That should give me enough money to buy $100k worth of stuff from the store, which is the last one I will need.

I think I have $74k in money, and the bladder of steel run got me $24k, so I would hope I get at least that for expert.

@fadetoone: Which instrument(s) will you be using when you attempt Endless Setlist 2 on expert?

I've decided on bass for a few reasons, even though I'd more than likely be able to beat it on expert.  (I'm good at guitar, but I'm by no means near the top echelon of guitar heroes)

1.  It's obviously easier, for the most part, which equates to less stress, and I'm far less likely to accidentally fail a song and have to waste the extra time replaying it.
2.  It should be far less tiring.  The "harder" bass lines I've played on expert generally involve up and down strumming, whereas guitar is all over the place and sometimes painful.  So hopefully I'll have to take fewer breaks.
3.  I've already played all or most of the songs on expert guitar, but not on bass, so the songs will be more "fresh" if I'm playing notes I'm not used to.

I will say that I'm not a drummer nor a singer, but I expect either to be extremely tiring on expert endless setlist.
