I'm proud of myself... I just five starred the entirety of Titan's Trials in FFXIII in my first run except for a Humbaba guy which will be easy to go back and do.

Only one i think i have left is Attacus. I've 5-starred all so far except i got 3 on him. I've also beaten every mission except the last 2 i think? the one where u have to beat an Adamantortoise(the big one) and the final one.

That's indeed pretty impressive, and you saved yourself a lot of trouble going back.

Yeah, Attacus effed me over the first two times by attacking my leader even though I had a sentinel on him, but I must have been switching too late or something.  The first blade he brings out barely did any damage, but the peering blade or whatever would take me down in one hit.  So I used tri-disaster to take his chain guage up to like 800% before he even brought out the 2nd blade and then played extra careful by using a commando-sentinel combo on him.  Think I beat him in about half the time it targetted.

BTW, I love how I can take down really badass hard guys in well under the time but some of the lesser guys are harder to do that with due to stats being closer.  I laughed when I took down Neochu in under 2 minutes and it targetted 15, or when I pre-emptive struck the 3 tonberries and took them out in 27 seconds and it targetted 38 minutes.  Funny stuff.

I agree... the Neochu raped me the first time i fought it but then owned it. Same with the Tonberries. I can't take down an Adamantortoise

stupid marvel ultimate alliance keeps freezing once in a while when I am switching heroes...

makes getting all the fusion so tedious when I keep having to restart the PS3...

I've only tried to fight an Adamantoise twice, and each time it took me out in one stomp... so... not going to try for a while.

Yeah i can now manage to survive the first stomp and i can get it in stagger by calling a summon but then the second stomp kills me. I get it to about 1/2 health each time and lose

The good thing is I haven't encountered any 3 hour long battles yet.

And the whole game over/retry system is great at preventing me from throwing my controller at my TV when I randomly die.  "When did I last save? 45 minutes ago? Aw fuck!"

yeah none of the battles should take that long and i kinda like the retry system but i also think it makes it too easy
