So I beat Borderlands, did ALL side quests and I am level 34.

What is the best (read: fastest) way to level? Stay on plathrough 1 and play with others online or start a second playthrough and do that online? I'm just assuming playing online nets you more XP.

Yeah if you are going for plat you almost have to playthrough a second time doing all side quests again.  I was leevl 35 when I started my second playthrough and hit level 50 at the Rakk Hive

Ditto.  Hit 50 at the exact same place.

The enemies are tougher/more exp in the second playthrough.  For example. "Badass" dudes become "Badmutha" dudes I think.

I think I hit level 50 around Rakk Hive, as well, on the second playthrough.

@kyliedog 2nd playthrough gives you more exp mission wise and enemies tougher so you rake it in :)

Rakk Hive? That is almost the entire game again. Does that include all side quests available up to that point?

Also, will co-op online with other players increase experience?

Yeah I did all the side missions the second time  as well and got level 50 at the rakk hive.  not sure if you get more xp with co-op or not but i know a lot of people will try and get into a co-op game with a couple of level 50's and have them take them towards then end of the game, you get more experience that way.    i just found it easier to go and do everything again it didnt take nearly as long the second time around, or at least it didnt seem that way

I think I used those enemies in the beginning of the Lost Cave to get to like 38-40, since they were giving me like 1k XP until then or so.

I'm now 74% in Uncharted 2!!! crushing mode and treasures are the only things I need to get.

I am a loyal SONY fan and will always be.

I am also a PS1, PS2, PS3 and a PSP owner.

I want Fallout: New Vegas. Like now.

I love specially the fact that game is being made by Obsidian. A lot of the makers of Fallout 1 and 2 work there now.

PS - BTW, If you haven't played Fallout 1 and 2 on the PC, please do so quickly. They are awesome!!!!

Most of the challenges are easy, although there are 1 or 2 that are highly annoying. The last one is especially annoying, since the enemies can knock you off the platform so easily, plus you need to kill them to raise the platform so you can get to the goal. There's also another one that's rather long, since you fight a TON of Gorgons and skeletons in a survival-type fight.
