There is a trophy for achieving lieutenant rank, isn't there? You don't need to get it to get the platinum trophy?

You´ll get that while you have 3000-5000 kills, or even before.

Since that EXP of cooperative and single player also counts for it.

 Don't worry about it, I got supreme commander at only 6k kills or so....
