question for anyone who has played borderlands, i know the co op trophies can be gotten on splitscreen, but can i just have my second controller on with player 2 staying in town while player 1 does the mission? or does player 2 need to actively participate?

I AM SUCH A PRICK. Ugh, realised 2nite that I had been shooting myself in the foot all throughout Tekken 6. I had been equipping Alisa model 1 while using model 2 so my partner was useless all the way through. Dunno how I didn't notice. Also, I had been equipping myself with 3 health boosters thinking they were cumulative - but they weren't. I wondered why my elemental attacks didn't work! Anyway, platted the game soon after finding out, wasn't that difficult at all.

Its also why I couldn't get a rank S item, because my A.King was equipped with a 35% drop increase booster and a 95% drop increase booster - only the 35% one counted :)

You can do that.  Technically the other player wouldn't stay in town because they'd warp with you to new areas, but you can leave them at the beginning.  There aren't really that many instances where you even need co-op though.

I am mountain time so probably won't be online before like 4 pm EST..
