Lies Avalanche, lies!!!!!
People are young on here.
The rest of the world likes Obama more.
That's about it.
We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls. The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke
It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...." Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson
Gamers are younger and younger people vote for progress. When we get older most of us will vote for tradition, though whatever we deem as 'traditonal values' will be more progressive than today's standards.
For instance, if you voted for women's suffrage and civil rights for blacks, then you were a progressive liberal back then, but if you support those same things today then you can still be a very conservative traditionalist.
I think some of us, myself included, are not exactly "so in favor of Obama" as we are "so opposed to McCain and Palin".
On policies, I disagree with both candidates on a lot of things, but I agree with more stances of Obama's than I do McCain's.
On a personal level, I respect Obama's character far more than I respect McCain's. His cool headed approach to problem solving, his strong education and experience with constitutional law. He seems to be a stable and strong hand while McCain seems to have early stages of alzheimers, or is just really careless/clueless.

Because Mcain is the emperor and Palin is the Blair Witch! would you vote for them honestly?
Ugh I wish I could vote like i did in 04 (by accident)
Because our prime minister preferes Obama (
)
Actually, it's because he was the closest thing to my views on that poll. He's still far too right wing for I, though.
