Persona 3 FES also has a nice shot in winning RPG of the Year. Its gotten lots of great reviews. I'm going with my sweetheart, Persona 4 or Fallout 3.

My choice would be Lost Ddyssey. But i can promise that Falbe 2 or Fallout will be it. For a JRPG i think Persona 4 got the best chance.

FES has the original game with more things added to the main campaign (like a new social link) and a new 30-hour chapter added, separate from the main story (in fact, it's a continuation of the story, it explains what happens after the game)

FES is the director's cut. It contains an expansion (follow-up) story, which is about 30 hours. It also contains new features like new personas and customes.
