My nearest blockbuster doesn't even rent out games.
It does sell them though, and Wii points are sold so I would guess PSN cards are similar
Didn't check but to me they're useless since you can only buy 10$ minimum at a time(or 20$ whichever one), I'd rather just pay through credit card so I don't have leftover Points that I can't use to buy anything with.

The minimum you can add to your wallet is $5 I think.
