Interesting episode, although I'd have to say it is perhaps the weakest of the three aired so far. For the most part, it was the usual patient mystery plus some other subplot. However, House and PI guy seem to be getting a little cozy. Is Wilson gone for good (notwithstanding the preview of next week's episode)?

Some kind of conflict in the hospital is going on, mostly people hating on House
Doctors were wrong, and something even weirder happens
House makes a personal connection with the patient which allows him to figure out what is wrong
House is able to at least temporarily overcome the problem at the hospital
Patient is saved

It was the puppy dog face.  It was in the first 10-15 minutes of the first episode.  It was hilarious.
