So what are the bets on Obama getting >350 of the electoral colleges?

Obama/Biden 311
259 Solid
52 Leaning
McCain/Palin 142
127 Solid
15 Leaning
Toss Up 85
85 Toss Up
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
Your forgetting Internals ppl. By Obama's HQ own admission McCain is within 2 pts of him in Penns. McCain will win Florida, NC, GA, and OH.

So you're saying that all the public polls are totally wrong and the internal polls are somehow right? That the double digit leads that Obama continues to hold in PA according to almost ALL non-internal polls are false? That's quite a statement.

No I'm not saying that. I'm saying that $$$ goes a long way to throw a sampling error in.... Check the news and see why Obama is on defense in PA which he is. It also helps that we are nearly tied when he outspends us like mad with sometimes illegal and foreign contributions I might add.
Pennsylvania is in double digits for Obama right now. RCP has it at +11 for Obama. If you really think the polls are that off, halogamer, then you are just deluding yourself. McCain can still win, but he isn't going to win Pennsylvania.
But at this point the odds are on Obama by about 8-1. McCain is catching up some in national polls, but the electoral map looks just plain awful for McCain.
We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls. The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke
It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...." Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson
It doesn't help us either that Obama has outspent us over 51%.

He is on defense in PA because McCain is on offense. That is it. Obama is ahead by a very comfortable margin in PA according to every poll that I have seen, and that does not seem to be changing at that point.
By the way, halogamer1989, I like your new sig. I have to admit you have a point.
Barack Obama will be like Jimmy Carter: Carter was the first elected president after Nixon, and Obama will be the first elected president after Bush.
That's what you meant, right?
[edit: I have to say, though, I don't think the comparison is very kind to Nixon. After all, he's only remembered for one major scandal, and AFAIK his presidency was otherwise very competent.]

My advice to fanboys: Brag about stuff that's true, not about stuff that's false. Predict stuff that's likely, not stuff that's unlikely. You will be happier, and we will be happier.

It doesn't help McCain that Obama collected $600,000,000 from millions of people, who are excited and want to vote for a "wealth spreader-arounder" as Bush would probably say.
