The HD 4670 is quite a speedy but quiet/low power draw card that could be interesting for you. Its about the same performance as an HD 3850 which is excellent for running games on a smaller monitor. $80 for monitors

Both are cr*p... If you really want a good card for games buy a ATI 48x0 or a Geforce GTX 2x0 generation card

ATI HD 2600 is far from perfect but sufficient to enjoy Call of Duty 4 on medium/low settings I think.
Older games like Half-life 2 will look better I think.
