Have you ever used Windows Mobile? If you think MS is bad at designing computer OSes its nothing compared to the horror of Windows on anything else.

Yeah I know Windows isn't the best but for some people it would be a major buying point, having a PC and an Xbox 360 in one. Play Pc games, XBox 360 games, word processing etc.

PC games would be impossible. At a decent resolution that is anyway. The 360 simply isn't built for that task. If you want a console on which you can process word documents aswell, mail and everything more then get the PS3. Plays games and allows Linux. Linux on PS3 is far from perfect, but it definitly meets the requirements you ask for and way more.
