Forums - Sony - Anyone else think the Qore Motorstorm demo looked as good as the videos?

Well, It doesn't.

According to this, the Motorstorm qore demo as an older build than what was shown in GC. I noticed something was strange when the massive glare of sunlight was missing during the first jump into the cliff side. There was also alot of unpolished visuals/effects going on. The qore demo was a build less than 80% complete compared to the GC videos, which were 80%.

There's still 20% more to go. Hopefully, the PSNstore Motorstorm demo will be the 80% one.

Interesting. Personally I'm a bit disappointed with Pacific Rift... In my opinion graphics isn't updated enough. As for the next generation of games they should  push visuals a bit further. Gameplay is fun but... it's not enough to secure a purchase. I think this game won't beat original title in terms of sales.

Yeah, looks like the Qore one does not have the tree's and light effects in yet and some blander textures on the vehicles. Im sure the finished product will look much more like the 80% one.



I own all three current consoles and a great gaming rig, now thats out of the way.

No way. I'm expecting the finished product will look like it's 60% complete instead /sarcasm]
