Education: My answer is N/A. I do not believe in any federal involvement with education. Doing so would be a violation of the 10th Amendment. Of course, there are a few instances where the federal government may involve itself in education if another part of the Constitution grants it non-educational authority. An example of this would be the federal government having the authority under the 14th Amendment to enforce schools to adhere to the Civil Rights Act of 1964. With that being said, I support the state or local governments subsidizing the consumers as opposed to the producers. What this means is that I support educational vouchers funded by the state or local governments. Health: D
Military: B-depending on what you mean by "most defense work." If you mean PMCs like Blackwater, then no. If you mean private contractors designing and manufacturing in conjunction with the military, then yes. I also favor non-interventionism.
Taxation: B
Economics: B
Environment: A mix of B/C. Government is the only entity that can deal with such negative externalities as air pollution and should have very limited regulatory power. However, the regulatory hand of the government should be tempered as private owners usually do well at conserving their own land.
Welfare: A
Crime: B
Civil Liberties: I support A with one caveat: that private property rights are respected in regards to free speech issues.
Discrimination: A
Pol Sys: C-but I would not mind taking a look at implementing an STV system.
Drugs: B
Firearms: B
Abortion: D
Immigration: A mix of A/B. It must be done through official channels, but I do not believe in quotas.
Sex: I would say A, but I am fairly certain Necrophilia would have to be illegal. I am not sure there are too many legal ways to procure a dead body to have sex with.
