I used to get them really bad. I've gone to the emergency room twice because of them. I've learned how to better deal with them and calm myself down. Video games don't help me; they make me more tense when I am already feeling anxious. They are horrible experiences and I don't wish the on anyone, except maybe Sony fanboys .

I give this thread a 9.7.

Harvest Moon 64=Only game that makes me feel calm. Well, a couple other HM games also do the trick, but they are boring. HM64 is actaully fun to play and relaxing. Check it out!

I have gotten them. Usually from me not being able to tell between astmha, allergies and heartburn and me thinking I was having an Asthma attack. I am having bad allergies right not and can't sleep, but thanks to my handy peak flow meter I know its not and asthma attack.
I recommend a physiologist to help with your anxiety. Good luck!

Yeah i suffer with Asthma too, and a big part of Panic is your breathing, so its a vicious circle. The 2 of them go hand in hand for me

I don't have panic attacks, but I have a very mild to moderate case of anxiety. I got in this horrible accident like four years ago driving with my bro, but I escape bodily injury aside from a few cuts from glass, but it was on the highway, and I was scared shitless to drive on I-95 ever again. And it paralyzed me. I couldn't get on the highway to go places, so I burnt tons of gas to take the scenic route everywhere, then I was like, I just have to get through it. So I got on the highway. I was shaking, trembling, and scared for my life, but I got through it. Now I can drive on the highway again.

I'm still scared when my bro is driving though, as he's pretty careless, and I feel like I'm gonna get in an accident. I'm actually always afraid of an accident happening, I guess that I can't shake that feeling no matter how safe I drive.

I'm deathly anxious of amusement parks too... I just can't ride roller coasters... I have such huge anxiety about something happening on those too... Guess I watched too much Final Destination 3. :/

Yeah horror films are a b**tard for putting Irrational thoughts into the mind. The exposure technique is supposed to help a lot. It desensitizes you to a certain situation. Im really shit scared of planes, anytime I fly i have to have some diazepam/Valium just to keep me relaxed.
